James and his wife Stephanie bought and renovated their home in Westleigh a number of years ago, and have three daughters, Molly, Annie and Rose who attend local schools.

James attended Barker College with his two brothers and developed a love of playing Rugby Union which he maintains through his association with Barker Old Boys. James enjoys a healthy lifestyle having completed the Canberra Marathon, Gold Coast Marathon twice, Sydney Marathon, 6 Foot Track 50km, UTA 50km and 100km trail. Through sponsorship and personal funds he has raised contributions for Beyond Blue charity. His interests include spending time with his family, horticulture, surfing, camping, wakeboarding and volunteering as a surf lifesaver at Bungan Beach.

As we had much loved pets it was tricky on open house days, as we all work!. Thankfully James has an amazing rapport with animals (and humans!) and our darling cat warmed to James straight away. Our friend's Siberian husky was also very welcoming to James. I had absolutely no hesitation signing with James. Our cat is a house cat and I had no concerns leaving him with James as I knew James would be kind to him and ensure his safety.
