" Professional in all aspects "
Many thanks to James Sheppard and his team at Allen & Sheppard for listening and understanding what was important to us when selling. As we had much loved pets it was tricky on open house days, as we all work!. Thankfully James has an amazing rapport with animals (and humans!) and our darling cat warmed to James straight away. Our friend's Siberian husky was also very welcoming to James. I had absolutely no hesitation signing with James. Our cat is a house cat and I had no concerns leaving him with James as I knew James would be kind to him and ensure his safety. On open house days when we were at work nothing was a problem for James, no time was inconvenient but what inspired me above all else was James’ integrity, honesty and an honest appraisal of my family’s home. Thanks to James for attaining the best possible result for our property and the amount we received for the sale far surpassed our expectations. I would like to thanks James for his professionalism, tact and diplomacy and may I say a non arrogant attitude. On a personal note I cringe when I pass signs ordering me to Inspect- so crass and arrogant!
All offers were transparent and communicated directly and the family made a decision together. The final decision was ours- it was the family home after all. I will without a doubt engage James' service again.
